SOURCES OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

We obtain information about you from a variety of sources, including you, your interaction with Alta Cycling Group, and third parties.

Information you provide to us: If you use certain Services, you may be required to provide us certain information, including, without limitation:

We and third parties may collect your usage information about how you use the Services and may combine information we collect from you over time and across the Services with information obtained from other sources. This helps us improve the information’s overall accuracy and completeness, and also helps us better tailor our interactions with you, including, without limitation, your access times, location, browser types and language, and Internet Protocol addresses. We may collect device-specific information when you access our Services, including, without limitation, your hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and information about the device's interaction with our Services.

We may send you service communications relating to the products or services we provide you via email (e.g. to inform you about changes to the product or service you requested from us, revisions of our terms and conditions or this Privacy Policy). As such service communications are necessary for the purposes of providing you with our products or services or complying with our legal obligations, you will not be able to opt out from receiving them.

Ability to Opt-Out of Tracking Technologies

Regular cookies generally may be disabled or removed using tools available as part of most commercial browsers, and in some instances blocked in the future by selecting certain settings.
